- Hyperspectral Image Analysis:I have been working on Image Analysis in the University of Copenhagen for three years. During this period, I have gained experience in programming and in assessing the possibilities of imaging techniques in Pharmaceutical research. My main interest is the development of methodologies to assess the correct distribution of analytes in pharmaceutical samples by using Near Infrared Spectroscopy – Chemical Imaging and Multivariate analysis. I am the programmer of my own Chemometric tools for Image Analysis, being available on the web (www.models.kvl.dk). - Chemometrics in chromatographic data:Application of multi set and multi way techniques to chromatographic data. - Environmental monitoring: Development ofmultivariate models for environmental monitoring and classification. - Curve resolution methods:During my PhD I was working on modeling kinetic reactions by using curve resolution methods. I worked with Multivariate Curve Resolution, PARAFAC and PARAFAC2 applied to enzymatic reactions and fermentation processes. - Spreading Chemometrics:One key point in my research is collaborations with other research groups. In that sense, the main target is to help them to extract relevant chemical information from their datasets.
